HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER AND IS IT SECURE?

Luvthemgirlzboutique.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express credit or debit cards.  You may also complete your order by using PayPal or Amazon Pay through our safe and secure payment processing system.

WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

We are located in the heart of the U.S. and ship from Mobile, Alabama.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

We know you are excited about your order and we ship out within 48 hours of receipt, so your package arrives pretty quickly but please note - due to the ongoing effects of Covid-19, the postal service has experienced significant disruptions.  As such, shipping times may be a bit longer than usual.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Luv Them Girls Boutique is only shipping domestically (within the continental U.S.) only at this time, but we hope to expand to international customers in the very near future.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

We offer a range of shipping options including standard ($8.00 for small items) USPS shipping and USPS Priority Mail shipping ($13.75).

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send you an email that contains tracking details once your order ships.  If you still have questions about your order status, please email us at luvthemgirlz@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?

If your order has not already been fulfilled and a tracking number has not been sent to you, please contact us by email at luvthemgirlz@gmail.com as soon as possible.  We will try to assist with making changes to your order.

WHAT IS THE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Returns - We do not offer returns for our products, however we will offer a store credit. 

PLEASE NOTE: All items purchased during a sale or with a coupon code, custom orders, personalized orders are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns for store credit must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged, unopened, unwashed and with all original tags/packaging. If the item does not meet this criteria it will be sent back. It must be sent back to us within 5 days after delivery.

Exchanges - We do not offer exchanges. You may return it to us and we will offer you store credit.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We offer a range of shipping options including standard ($7.00 for 3-4 day service) and expedited ($20.00 for 2-day).

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ORDER?

Please notify us immediately upon receipt of your defective order by sending an email to luvthemgirlz@gmail.com, and we will review the matter and discuss options for a replacement item.

WHY ISN'T MY PROMO CODE WORKING?

Our promotional codes always contain qualifiers so please make sure you have added the right amount of pre-tax sales dollars to apply the promotion.  If you have met all conditions and are still having difficulty, please feel free to email us at luvthemgirlz@gmail.com.

HOW DO I MAKE SURE I ORDERED THE RIGHT SIZE? 

Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page as shown in the image below. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When your order is shipped we will send you tracking information. We are unable to intercept or change shipping once we have shipped your package.

If your package was shipped, tracking shows it was delivered and you did not receive it you must also contact the Post Office with your tracking number to file a claim so they can investigate.

Please make sure your address is accurate prior to placing your order.
If your item is returned to us, you will have to pay additional shipping fees for us to send it to the correct address.

MY ORDER DOESN’T FIT, WHAT DO I DO?

Returned apparel and accessories (sale/final sale, swimwear, and intimates items not eligible) must be in new, unworn condition without any damage and with all original tags attached  We also are unable to accept returns of items that show signs of damage, including stains, rips/tears or odors such as perfume or sweat. 

Please contact us by email at luvthemgirlz@gmail.com to receive authorization prior to initiating an exchange.  Should the item you are interesting in replacing with not be available, a store credit will be issued once the return is approved.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders that have been accepted and processed cannot be canceled of changed.  You will need to wait until you have received your purchase and contact us for exchange information.
